Introducing Maggi Hutchinson
Maggi Hutchinson, BS, JD, CHTP, CHTI,
is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor with 25 years of experience in complementary therapies including yoga, meditation, guided imagery & Reiki. In addition to her private practice in Morristown, NJ, Maggi is an Integrative Medicine Practitioner at Morristown Medical Center and has served on their Healing Culture Committee.
As an instructor, Maggi’s passion for teaching and her ability to clearly explain concepts and demonstrate techniques is appreciated by her students. They also value her expertise, open teaching style and the sense of excitement and fun that she brings to her classes. Maggi teaches HT levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 throughout NJ, NY and PA including Morristown Medical Center (Morristown, NJ), Somerset Medical Center (Somerville, NJ), Shore Memorial Hospital (Somers Point, NJ), Ocean Medical Center (Brick, NJ), NYU Medical Center (NYC), St. Francis (Denville, NJ) and Valley Hospital (Ridgewood, NJ).

After graduating from Boston University, Maggi taught yoga and meditation at the Integral Yoga Institute. She then went on to study law, receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and was a practicing member of the New Jersey Bar.
Her lifelong interest in holistic health and wellness lead Maggi to study energy-based therapies. She became a Reiki master and then completed the Healing Touch Certification Program. In her training, Maggi was fortunate to have taken classes with HT founder, Janet Mentgen, as well as Dr. Mary Jo Bulbrook, PhD, co-author of the original HT textbook.
As a member of Healing Touch International and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, Maggi continually updates her skills and stays apprised of the latest developments in energy medicine.
